Step 2: Verify whether your chosen plan is available in your area by inputting your address into our availability checker.
Step 3: If our service is available in your area, you’ll be directed to an online order form.
The online order form will also provide you with the earliest possible date available for activation.
Shortly after you sign up, your equipment will be delivered to you. We use a local delivery vendor within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and Canada Post for all areas outside the GTA.
On the day of your activation, we will activate your connection remotely. You will then be able to connect the equipment you received using the easy step-by-step instruction manual provided to you. And that’s it, you’re all set!
