My internet isn't working on one device only. What should I do?

To resolve the issue, please remove the network from the device's settings, restart the device and then add the network back.

To remove a network from your device's settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your device's settings menu.

  2. Select "Wi-Fi" or "Network & Internet."

  3. Find the network you want to remove from the list of available networks.

  4. Tap on the network name.

  5. Select "Forget" or "Forget Network."

After removing the network, you can restart your device. Please complete the process by returning to your device's settings and adding the network back. If this does not work and your Netcrawler internet works on all your other devices, the problem is likely with the device itself rather than the internet connection. Please contact your device manufacturer for assistance.
