If your credit card is declined, we will notify you by phone or by email about the failed credit card payment. If we have not received your payment within 10 days from the date of the invoice, we will charge a $5 late fee. We will also make additional attempts to charge your card on later dates. However, if your account remains unpaid for 21 days, we hold the right to discontinue your access to our services and report the outstanding balance to collections.
