If payment is not received within five (5) days of the invoice date, a $10 late fee will be applied to the account.

If the account remains unpaid for fourteen (14) days, services will be suspended, and a $10 reactivation fee will be charged to restore service, in addition to the late payment fee.

If the account remains unpaid for twenty-one (21) days, the account will be disconnected, and an additional $20 reconnection fee will apply on top of the late fee.
